TM SIM Registration: Official Globe Portal, Requirements and Steps
Register a new TM SIM through Globe’s official platform, prepare the right ID, check the result safely and fix common OTP, ID and confirmation problems.
TM uses Globe’s SIM-registration system. Start on Globe’s official registration page, enter the 10 digits that follow +63, verify the six-digit OTP, complete the personal-information form, take a selfie, upload an accepted unexpired ID, submit and save the reference number. Globe says its OTP expires after five minutes.

- Users with more than one TM or Globe SIM: complete a separate accurate registration for each number.
- Minors: the parent or legal guardian registers the SIM under that adult’s name.

- Users who ported a number to TM: follow the registration instructions of the receiving Globe network, even if the number was registered with its previous carrier.

What to prepare
- The TM mobile number being registered and access to its SMS inbox.
- Your full name, date of birth, gender, complete address and nationality.
- One clear, unexpired government-issued photo ID accepted by the live Globe form.
- A device that can take a clear selfie and upload the ID image.
- A stable connection and a way to retain the final reference number.

Globe currently lists passport, driver’s license, National ID in PVC, paper and digital forms, BIR/TIN ID, UMID, PhilPost Postal ID, SSS ID and PRC ID for its consumer registration flow.
How to register a TM SIM online
Open Globe’s official registration page
Go to globe.com.ph/register-sim-card and select the registration action displayed there. Do not use a page merely because its domain contains the words “TM” or “SIM registration.”
Enter the TM number in Globe’s format
Globe’s current instructions show a fixed +63 country code followed by the remaining 10 digits, such as 9171234567. Follow the format on the live page.
Verify the six-digit OTP
Read the OTP sent to the TM SIM and enter it on the same Globe-owned page. Globe says the code expires in five minutes. Never send it to a person or third-party site.
Complete the subscriber form
Enter the requested name, birthday, gender, address and nationality accurately. Choose the correct registrant type instead of forcing an inapplicable path.
Take a selfie and upload an accepted ID
Select an unexpired ID from the live menu. Keep the entire document visible, avoid glare and ensure the typed details match it.
Review the privacy notice and declaration
Correct mistakes before attesting that the submitted information and document are genuine and accurate.
Submit and keep the reference number
Save the reference number shown after completion and retain Globe’s confirmation for future support questions.
How to check whether a TM SIM is registered
- Look for the successful-registration confirmation sent by Globe.
- Check the TM number in GlobeOne for its registration/account status.
- If no confirmation arrived, enter the number again through Globe’s official registration page and follow the status shown there.
- Use the saved reference number when contacting official Globe support.

TM registration troubleshooting

Minors, foreigners and other TM cases
Minor
The SIM must be registered under the parent or legal guardian’s name, with that adult’s consent and identification. See SIM registration for minors.
Foreign tourist
Globe lists the passport bio page and current visa stamp, proof of Philippine address, and a return or onward ticket. Tourist registration is temporarily valid for 30 days.
Other foreign national
In addition to passport and address proof, the applicable ACR I-Card, Alien Employment Permit, school registration/ID or other pertinent document may be required. See the foreign-national guide.
Several TM SIMs
Register every SIM individually and accurately. RA 11934 does not establish a numeric SIM-ownership cap.
After TM registration
- Keep the reference number and registration confirmation private.
- Continue normal prepaid activity. Registration does not prevent ordinary SIM expiry; Globe says prepaid users still need regular reload activity.
- Report a lost or stolen SIM immediately through official Globe support or a store.
- Report changed personal details or a deactivation request through Globe’s authorized process.
- Do not sell or transfer a registered TM SIM without completing the carrier’s ownership process.
