What to prepare

How to register a Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi SIM
Set up and power on the modem
Follow the kit manual, connect the power adapter and wait for the modem to finish starting. Use the model’s own label and manual rather than credentials copied from another router.
Connect the phone to the modem’s WiFi
Use the network name and WiFi password printed for that device. Remaining connected is important when the OTP must be read from the modem inbox.
Enroll the Home WiFi number in GlobeOne
Install or open the official GlobeOne app, add the Home Prepaid WiFi account and use the number assigned to the modem.
Choose “Register your SIM now”
Select the registration action for the enrolled Home Prepaid WiFi account. If GlobeOne changes the label, use the current equivalent shown for that account.
Complete the subscriber form
Enter the requested name, birthday, gender, address and nationality accurately.
Take a selfie and upload an accepted ID
Keep the whole document visible and free from glare. Globe’s Home WiFi instructions state an image limit for that flow; follow the current limit displayed on screen rather than applying it to unrelated products.
Review the notices and submit
Read Globe’s Privacy Notice and accuracy declaration, correct errors and submit the form.
Retrieve the OTP from the modem inbox
While connected to the Home WiFi, open the modem dashboard using the address and credentials printed for the device or stated in its manual, then open the SMS inbox. Do not assume that every Globe modem uses a MyFi dashboard address.
Enter the six-digit OTP
Return to Globe’s registration screen and enter the current code. Globe says its OTP expires in five minutes.
Save the reference and confirmation
Retain the reference number shown after validation and the confirmation sent to the device inbox.
How to find the Home WiFi OTP safely
- Stay connected to the Globe At Home modem’s WiFi network.
- Open the device-management page identified by the modem label or manual.
- Sign in with the credentials printed for that modem, unless the owner has already changed them.
- Open the SMS, Messages or Device Inbox section.
- Read the latest Globe OTP and enter it only on Globe’s registration screen.

Minors, foreigners and account ownership
A Home Prepaid WiFi SIM used by a minor is registered under the parent or legal guardian. Foreign tourists need a passport, proof of Philippine address and return/onward ticket; tourist registration is temporarily valid for 30 days. Other foreign nationals use the documents applicable to their visa status.
Register the device to its real end user. Report changed information, loss or a transfer through Globe’s authorized process; do not sell a modem as a ready-to-use anonymous registered account. See minor registration, foreign-national requirements and ownership transfer.
After registration
- Keep the reference number, device number and account credentials private.
- Change default modem-management credentials when the device manual recommends it, then store the new credentials securely.
- Continue normal prepaid activity. Registration does not prevent ordinary SIM expiry.
- Use GlobeOne or official Globe support for load, promo, account and modem concerns.
- Report a lost, stolen or transferred device promptly.
