Before you register

• The Philippine GOMO PH app from a verified store listing.
• The physical GOMO SIM or local GOMO eSIM being registered.
• Access to the GOMO number and its verification message.
• Accurate full name, birth date, sex and Philippine address.
• An identification document currently offered in the app’s ID menu.
• Camera permission for any ID-image and selfie step requested by the app.
• Passport, address and travel or immigration documents when registering as a foreign national.

How to register a GOMO SIM in GOMO PH

1. Install the official Philippine app

   Use the verified Android or iPhone listing above. Confirm the developer before opening the app or granting permissions.

2. Install or enable the GOMO SIM

   Insert the physical SIM or enable the local GOMO eSIM according to the packaging and in-app instructions. A local mobile eSIM is different from a roaming or travel-data eSIM.

3. Open GOMO PH and enter the number

   Follow the current activation or sign-in prompt. Button labels and dashboard positions can change between app versions, so use the app’s present wording.

4. Complete OTP verification

   Retrieve the one-time code from the GOMO SIM’s SMS inbox or another verification option explicitly offered by the app. Never let a seller or “registration assistant” receive it for you.

5. Create or access the GOMO account

   If the app asks for an account PIN, create one and keep it private. Use the official account-recovery route if you already have an account but cannot sign in.

6. Open the SIM Registration prompt

   Select the registration card, notice or account action shown in the current app. If it is missing, update the app and confirm that you signed in to the intended number.

7. Enter subscriber and address details

   Match the spelling, name order and birth date to the identification document. Choose the accurate nationality and registrant category rather than forcing the wrong path.

8. Select an ID from the live menu

   Capture or upload the complete document as instructed. Keep all edges visible, avoid glare and correct any fields that the app fills inaccurately from the image.

9. Complete selfie or face verification

   Use the app camera, even front lighting and the live positioning prompts. Do not submit a filtered or edited image.

10. Review, declare and submit

    Correct every mismatch before accepting the declaration. Save any control number, confirmation screen, email or SMS that GOMO provides.

11. Confirm the account and service

    Check that the app no longer shows an unfinished registration task. If the result conflicts with service on the SIM, contact GOMO through its official in-app support rather than repeating the form elsewhere.

Requirements by user type

Filipino adult

Prepare the GOMO number, accurate personal and address details, a current photo ID offered in the app, and any ID-image or selfie verification that GOMO displays.

Minor

RA 11934 requires a minor’s SIM to be registered under the parent or legal guardian. That adult supplies consent and the required identification. See the full minor and guardian guide.

Foreign tourist

A tourist needs a passport, proof of Philippine address and a return or onward ticket, plus the required identity and travel details. The law gives a tourist registration temporary 30-day validity. If the correct category is unavailable in the app, ask GOMO support rather than entering inaccurate information.

Other foreign national

Prepare a passport and Philippine address plus the document applicable to the person’s status, such as an ACR I-Card, Alien Employment Permit, school registration/ID or other pertinent immigration document.

Several GOMO SIMs

Register each SIM accurately. Philippine law does not state a numeric ownership cap. Any limit on how many devices an app can link to one account is an account-management feature, not a legal SIM-ownership limit.

Does a GOMO eSIM need registration?

Yes. RA 11934 expressly includes eSIMs. A local GOMO mobile subscription must complete the carrier’s identity process whether it uses a physical card or a local eSIM.

• Local GOMO eSIM: a Philippine mobile subscription and number; SIM registration applies.
• Easy Switch or port-in: follow the current identity steps GOMO displays. A record with the previous carrier does not automatically prove the receiving carrier’s process is complete.
• Roaming or travel eSIM: a separate product category. Do not use its installation instructions as a substitute for local GOMO registration.

How to check GOMO registration status

Check GOMO PH for a confirmation or an unfinished registration prompt. Keep the confirmation screen or reference supplied after submission. If the app shows conflicting information, use GOMO’s official in-app support.

• Keep the registration confirmation and protect the account PIN and OTP.
• Check that calls, texts and data work before discarding physical SIM or eSIM information.
• Use GOMO’s official account process to update details or recover access.
• Report a lost or stolen SIM promptly.
• Follow the formal carrier process before transferring ownership.
• Remember that registration does not override ordinary service-validity terms.
• Do not register GOMO SIMs for resale.
