How we research, label, update and correct safety-sensitive SIM-registration guidance.
Primary-source standard
Material claims should be supported by Republic Act No. 11934, NTC or National Privacy Commission material, or a page owned by the carrier involved. Search results, social posts and competing blogs can reveal questions but do not become evidence by repetition.
Current versus historical information
The July 2023 mass-registration deadline is historical. New SIMs are registered before activation. We do not republish the old five-day reactivation window, old promotions or expired deadlines as present-day instructions.
Carrier links and app claims
Registration actions identify their destination domain. App features, button labels and supported IDs can change, so guides distinguish stable requirements from interface-dependent steps. We do not publish an SMS keyword unless a current carrier-owned source supports it for the stated product.
Experience and expertise
We describe the source-review work we actually perform. We do not invent personal testing, carrier employment, government approval or access to subscriber systems. When we cannot verify a claim, we omit it or label the uncertainty.
Updates and corrections
Each substantive guide shows a review date and source list. Material changes are reflected in the guide and modified date. Send evidence-based corrections to corrections@phsimregistration.com without including personal registration data.
Editorial independence
PH SIM Registration is an independent guide. Inclusion is based on reader usefulness and source quality, not carrier approval. If commercial relationships are added later, they must be disclosed where relevant.
