GOMO SIM registration is handled inside the GOMO PH mobile app as of July 2026. GOMO is a Globe digital brand; there is no verified standalone web portal like simreg.globe.com.ph for GOMO-only users. You need a valid ID, selfie, and the GOMO SIM active in your phone. This page is an unofficial guide.

GOMO registration is app-first. Use the official GOMO PH app — there is no separate public web portal we can verify.

Step-by-step

  1. Install GOMO PH

    Get the app from official app stores only. Sign up with your GOMO number.

  2. Open SIM Registration

    Find the registration menu or follow the startup banner prompt.

  3. Upload ID and selfie

    Use the same name as on your ID. Avoid glare on PhilSys or license cards.

  4. Confirm in app

    Keep the success screen. If data stops working, see deactivated SIM.

Who must register a GOMO SIM

Every GOMO prepaid SIM falls under RA 11934. Register before Globe deactivates unregistered lines.

  • New GOMO eSIM or physical SIM activations.
  • Existing GOMO users prompted in-app.
  • Minors via guardian — minors guide.

GOMO registration requirements

  • GOMO PH app (official publisher: Globe/GOMO).
  • GOMO SIM installed and receiving SMS.
  • Valid government ID — valid IDs list.
  • Camera for ID and selfie capture.

Register in the GOMO PH app

  1. Download GOMO PH from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Create or log in to your GOMO account with your mobile number.
  3. Complete OTP verification on the GOMO SIM.
  4. Open SIM Registration from the profile or prompts banner.
  5. Select ID type, scan or upload ID, take selfie.
  6. Confirm personal details and submit.
  7. Wait for in-app success message or SMS from GOMO.

Do not sideload unofficial “GOMO reg” apps. Only the store-listed GOMO PH app is safe.

Why GOMO has no web portal (July 2026)

GOMO is app-first by design. Globe Prepaid and TM users go to simreg.globe.com.ph — GOMO users should stay in GOMO PH. If Globe adds a web fallback later, we will update this guide. For now, no public GOMO URL is verified.

Common GOMO registration errors

  • Outdated app — update GOMO PH before retrying.
  • Selfie fail — plain background, good light.
