  1. Activate SIM if new

    Insert SIM and wait for welcome SMS if fresh kit.

  2. Open portal

    Globe link — simreg.globe.com.ph

  3. Complete verification

    ID name must match exactly.

  4. Confirm registered

    Test calls/SMS after success message.

Globe Prepaid vs Postpaid

Both use the same registration portal. Prepaid users typically do not have a billing account — you register with the mobile number and ID only. Postpaid may prompt for GlobeOne account linking.

Requirements

  • Active Globe Prepaid SIM.
  • Valid ID — valid IDs.
  • Smartphone with camera.

How to register Globe Prepaid

  1. Go to simreg.globe.com.ph or open GlobeOne.
  2. Enter prepaid number; verify OTP.
  3. Upload ID and selfie.
  4. Submit.

Retailer-bought SIMs must be activated (first use) before OTP works. Load not required for registration itself.

Check prepaid registration status

REGSTATUS to 8080 (verify on plan), GlobeOne, or portal — status guide. Unregistered prepaid SIMs lose service — deactivated SIM.
