TM SIM Registration (2026)
TM
Register Touch Mobile (TM) prepaid SIMs through Globe’s shared portal — requirements, steps, and status checks for RA 11934 compliance.
TM (Touch Mobile) SIM registration uses the same Globe system as Globe Prepaid. In July 2026, register at simreg.globe.com.ph or in the GlobeOne app with a valid ID and the TM SIM active for OTP. TM support: dial *888 from your TM line. This is an unofficial guide.

Step-by-step

TM shares Globe’s portal. Bookmark the real URL from our link page.
-
Verify TM number with OTP
Keep the TM SIM in the phone. Enter the SMS code promptly.
-
Complete ID and selfie
Match ID name exactly. Retake blurry photos before submitting.
-
Confirm registration
Text REGSTATUS to 8080 or check GlobeOne. Unregistered lines may be cut off — see deactivated SIM guide.
Who must register a TM SIM
TM is Globe’s budget prepaid brand. RA 11934 applies the same way: every TM SIM must link to a registered owner.
- New TM SIM kits from sari-sari stores, load retailers, or Globe partners.
- Existing TM lines that show registration prompts or risk deactivation.
- Minors registered by a parent or guardian — minors guide.
- Foreign workers and tourists with TM SIMs — foreigners guide.
There is no separate TM-only portal. If a site claims “tm-sim-registration.ph” as official, treat it as suspicious — use Globe’s domain only.
TM registration requirements
- Active TM SIM in your phone for OTP.
- Valid photo ID — see valid IDs.
- Stable internet for uploads.
- Legal name matching your ID.
TM does not need a separate account from Globe Prepaid on the same portal. Each SIM number gets its own registration record.
Register TM online
- Go to https://simreg.globe.com.ph.
- Enter your TM mobile number (09xx).
- Enter OTP sent to that TM SIM.
- Upload ID photos and complete the selfie step.
- Submit and save confirmation.
Full portal walkthrough mirrors Globe SIM registration — the screens are identical for TM.
Register TM in GlobeOne
Install GlobeOne, log in with your TM number, open SIM Registration, and follow prompts. Many TM users on Android prefer the app over mobile data-heavy browser uploads.
Register TM in a store
Visit any Globe Business Center with your TM SIM and ID. Staff use the same Globe registration tools. Call *888 for TM-specific promos or store questions.
Common TM registration errors
- Wrong portal — fake TM sites harvest IDs. Use simreg.globe.com.ph only.
- OTP delay — TM areas with weak signal; move outdoors and retry once.
- ID mismatch — common with student IDs missing middle names.
More fixes: SIM registration errors.
Check TM registration status
- Text REGSTATUS to 8080 (Globe/TM system — verify on your plan).
- GlobeOne app after login with TM number.
- Portal login at simreg.globe.com.ph.
Wizard: check SIM registration status.

Frequently asked questions
Does TM have its own registration website?
No. TM uses simreg.globe.com.ph and GlobeOne — the same as Globe Prepaid.
What is the TM registration hotline?
Dial *888 from your TM line. Globe postpaid/prepaid can use 211.
Can I register TM without GlobeOne?
Yes. The web portal alone is enough if you have a browser and camera.
Is TM SIM registration free?
Yes. Registration has no fee on Globe’s portal. Avoid paid “assistance” pages.
How do I check TM SIM registration?
REGSTATUS to 8080, GlobeOne, or the portal. See status guide.
TM or Globe — same SIM registration number?
Each SIM has its own mobile number as the identifier — register each TM line separately.
What ID for TM student SIM?
School ID may work if Globe accepts it in the dropdown; bring passport or PhilSys if rejected.
TM SIM deactivated — can I re-register?
Try the portal first. If blocked, visit a Globe store with ID. See deactivated SIM.
