What Happens to Your Data Under RA 11934 (2026)
Registration sends your ID details to your carrier’s secure database — not to this website. Here is who can access it and who cannot.
Under RA 11934, SIM registration data you submit on Globe, Smart, or DITO portals is stored in that carrier’s subscriber database for compliance, fraud prevention, and lawful government requests. Telcos must not sell registration data for marketing. PH SIM Registration never receives your ID or OTP — our tools are client-side only.
What carriers store
Name, address, birth date, ID type and number, photo/selfie, SIM mobile number, registration timestamp.
Who can access it
- Carrier fraud and customer service teams (internal policies)
- Law enforcement with lawful court order or NTC-directed investigation
- Not the public, not random employees without cause, not marketers
Data Privacy Act overlap
