Privacy Policy

We built this site so you never have to upload your ID to us. This policy explains what little data we do process.

PH SIM Registration complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We do not collect, store, or transmit government IDs, one-time passwords (OTPs), mobile numbers, or SIM registration form data through our tools or contact forms beyond standard server logs.

Zero collection of IDs, OTPs, and phone numbers

Our Status Check Wizard and Valid ID Checker run entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript). Selections you make in those tools are not sent to our servers. We have no registration form that accepts ID uploads or mobile numbers.

When you click a carrier portal link, you leave phsimregistration.com and enter the telco’s own privacy policy.

What we may collect automatically

  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and debugging
  • Contact form submissions if you email us voluntarily
  • Aggregated analytics if enabled (page views without tying to identity)

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and third parties

We minimize cookies. Affiliate partners (Airalo, Klook) and ad networks may set cookies when you click their links or when ads are enabled — governed by their policies. You can block cookies in browser settings.

Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

Philippine residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (typically limited to email correspondence you sent us). Contact hello@phsimregistration.com with subject “DPA Request.”
